The patient presented with a cavitated lesion on the mandibular left lateral incisor, requesting aesthetic and functional restoration.

Caries on the distal aspect of tooth 32 (FDI), involving enamel and dentin, without pulpal involvement.

خطة العلاج

Following local anesthesia and isolation, caries was excavated from the distal aspect of tooth 32. The cavity was prepared and restored using a composite resin system with adhesive bonding. The restoration was contoured and polished to restore anatomy and occlusion. The patient tolerated the procedure well, and the final result showed good marginal adaptation and aesthetics.
