For billing, privacy, or legal requests, email [email protected]. Include your clinic name and the email used at registration so we can locate your account quickly.

4. Onboarding resources
New clinics: create an account, connect your WhatsApp Business number, import patients, and invite your team — most clinics are live in under an hour. If you need a guided walkthrough, message us on WhatsApp and we will schedule a short onboarding call.
