Terms of Service

The terms governing use of the TeethFlow platform by dental clinics.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using TeethFlow, the clinic and its authorised users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

TeethFlow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) operating system for dental clinics in the Arab Republic of Egypt. It provides patient records, scheduling, WhatsApp communications, billing, analytics, and AI-assisted features. The service is provided on a subscription basis in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use TeethFlow, the clinic must register an organisation account and provide accurate information about its legal entity, branches, and authorised administrators. The clinic must be lawfully registered and entitled to operate a dental practice in Egypt. The clinic is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its credentials and for all activity under its account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

TeethFlow is offered in subscription plans priced in EGP. Recurring subscription fees are billed through Kashier, a payment gateway licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt. The fees, billing cycles, and features of each plan are presented at subscription time. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically until the end of the paid period. Taxes, where applicable, are included as required by Egyptian law.

5. Acceptable Use

The clinic agrees to use TeethFlow lawfully and only for its own clinic operations. The clinic must not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, attempt to breach security, access another clinic's data, or use the service to violate Egyptian law, including Law No. 151 of 2020 on Personal Data Protection.

6. Clinic Responsibility for Patient Data and Consent

The clinic is the data controller of its patients' personal data and is solely responsible for obtaining patient consent for treatment, communications, and data processing, including WhatsApp messaging and AI-assisted features. TeethFlow acts as a processor on the clinic's instructions. The clinic must comply with its obligations under Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020 and applicable health-sector regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

TeethFlow, including its software, design, branding, and AI models, is owned by TeethFlow and protected by intellectual property law. The clinic retains ownership of the patient and operational data it enters into the service. The clinic grants TeethFlow a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service.

8. Service Availability and No Warranty

TeethFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, we make no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that the service will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, TeethFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or revenue arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the clinic in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

The clinic may cancel its subscription at any time, with continued access until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate access in the case of a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. Upon termination, the clinic may export its data for a limited period, after which TeethFlow may delete it in line with its retention policy.

11. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to clinic administrators. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts. For questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
